Madeline Sarafinchan, CRES

Madeline Sarafinchan was elected as President of REIC Edmonton Chapter #3 on May 17, 2007.

Madeline started her career in Residential Real Estate in 1989, and is currently the Broker and Managing partner of Jayman Realty (Edm) Inc. Having enjoyed a successful career that kept her consistently in the Top 5% of Realtors in Edmonton, Madeline feels strongly about giving back, both to her industry and her community. The Past-President of the REALTOR'S Association of Edmonton , she is also an Instructor with the Alberta Real Estate Association, and has served on numerous standing and ad-hoc committees, including a CREA National Task Force on Trademark Protection. Dedicated to enhancing the professional image of Realtors, she is looking forward to new opportunities as President of the Edmonton REIC Chapter!  Madeline has recently been appointed  asa director of the Alberta Real Estate Association for 2008-2009, congratulations!

Barry started in the property management field in 1999 with Boardwalk Rental Communities. He started by learning everything from the ground up - at maintenance, renting suites, doing showings, organizing turnovers and contractors, taking care of leases, deposits and collections. For the past six years, Barry has been Area Coordinator in charge of properties in Northeast Edmonton. Previous to Barry’s career in property management, he was a pharmacist for 23 years. Barry has recently moved to Midwest Property Management as Senior Property Manager. This winter Barry also became part of the Edmonton Apartment Association Board
